Registration for the Resertification Competency Examination for Nurse Anesthetist (Phase I)

The College of Nurse Anesthetist has officially opened registration for the Resertification Competency Examination for Nurse Anesthetist, which will be held on September 6 - 7, 2025. This activity is intended to fulfill the requirements of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health, as a follow-up measure for health workers who do not yet have a Practice Permit (SIP) and a certificate of competency recognition. In accordance with regulatory provisions, the initial application for an SIP requires proof of meeting competency standards through a national competency examination.

This activity is part of a commitment to ensure that Nurse Anesthetist practicing the profession have competencies that align with national standards, enabling them to provide safe, professional, and high-quality healthcare services to the public.

The competency examination is open to: Graduates of various nursing programs with a focus on anesthesia, including Aknes/Akpernes/PAMPERNES/D.III Anesthetic Nursing/D.III Nursing with a concentration in anesthesia and medical emergency/D.IV Anesthetic and Reanimation Nursing, and D.III/S.1 Nursing - Ners graduates with anesthesia training completed before 2021. Individuals who hold an Anesthetic Nurse Registration Certificate (STR-PA), whether active or expired. Those who have never previously held an Nurse Anesthetist Certificate of Competence (SERKOM). Those with an expired Nurse Anesthetist Practice Permit (SIPPA) that cannot be renewed due to insufficient Professional Credit Units (SKP). Nurse Anesthetist who have not been working in anesthesia services for more than 5 years and therefore require a certificate to prove competency fulfillment. Prospective Competency Test participants can fulfill one of the requirements above to be designated as a participant.

Required Documents:

1. 1. A 4x6 cm passport photo with a red background.
   2. A photo of your KTP (National ID Card).
   3. A photo of your most recent diploma.
   4. A photo of your most recent academic transcript.
   5. A photo of your STR-PA (Registration Certificate).
   6. A Letter of Recommendation from your employer (for those currently employed but not in anesthesia services for over 5 years) or a Statement of Not Being Employed (for those not working in anesthesia services for over 5 years).

Additional Provisions:

1. 1. Participants who do not meet the administrative requirements will not be permitted to take the examination.
   2. The committee has the authority to verify and validate data and to disqualify any participant proven to have falsified documents.
   3. All decisions made by the committee are final and cannot be contested.
   4. Participants of the Recertification Competency Test are required to pay a fee of IDR 500,000. The payment should be transferred to the Nurse Anesthetist Collegium's account at Bank Mandiri No. 126.0012615547.
